Historic St. Mary’s City Presents the First Annual
Lady Baltimore Ball
Friday, October 30, 2015
Time travel back into the cradle of Maryland history as you attend the Historic St. Mary’s City Lady Baltimore Ball. Delight in an evening reminiscent of celebrations enjoyed during Restoration England. In the spirit of those times, you will savor thoughtfully prepared and creatively presented small plates by Canards Catering, drink, music, and dancing at the State House of 1676.
Explore your future with tarot cards, enjoy and learn more about the colonial “shrub” libation, or visit with ghosts from the early colony in the beautifully decorated State House. Evening attire requested and costumes welcome and encouraged for this special event.
This event is a fundraiser for the research and educational programs at Historic St. Mary’s City Museum and there will be a unique auction for rare, one of a kind experiences.
Tickets are $125 per guest and include an open bar, and heavy hors d’ oeuvres throughout the evening.
Make reservations soon by contacting Susan Erichsen, at SusanE@DigsHistory.org or 240-895-4977.
